the wind whispering
in its blowing ply
do you feel
the kiss of tears
in its eye
do you taste
the salty vulnerability
of your open cry
do you smell
the invite of life
to burn the lie
do you see
the beauty of love
in its bittersweet dye
do you dare
to raise your wings
high towards the sky
opening up
in its gulsing waves
